A no-code widget that lets storage operators showcase inventory on their website—with real-time availability, pricing, and unit details.
Think of it as a storefront for inventory, enabling customers to browse, and book units seamlessly—end to end, without friction.
What did I do?
The Problem 😕
The legacy inventory display management widget experience was fragmented, difficult to scale, and heavily dependent on outdated/fixed templates, making it hard for businesses to present inventory in a modern, flexible, and conversion-focused way.

Understanding Why?
2,000+ Operators, and their core problems
"Limited customisation, causing websites to look repetitive and generic."
"Operators relied on engineering/support for simple inventory or layout updates, slowing down go-to-market execution."
"Outdated reservation and inventory workflows negatively impacted booking conversions and customer trust."
And with this we lost approximately $3,000 from a couple of customers, with six more at risk of churning.
That’s where we began—solving this problem to retain customers and help them grow their business.
Our Objective
Design, build, and launch an easy-to-use Inventory Management Widget—enabling operators to connect inventory to customisable templates with flexible styling for any site.
Displays real-time inventory, pricing, and amenities through customisable templates—driving engagement, and conversions while strengthening Storable’s edge over competitors.

Based on an analysis of competitor products and multiple internal brainstorming and whiteboard sessions with the Product and Engineering teams, I’ve come up with the initial iterations to gather feedback from users, internal teams, and leadership.
